We provide mobile automotive services (and, where available, in-shop services). Certain services may be subject to parts availability, weather, location access, and safety considerations.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
- Bookings may be requested online (via ARI) or by contacting us.
- Please ensure a safe, legal, and accessible workspace (e.g., driveway, parking spot) for mobile services.
- We may reschedule or decline a booking if safety or conditions are unsuitable.
- Cancellation policy: specify notice window and any fees (e.g., less than 24h notice may incur a fee).
4. Estimates, Pricing & Payments
- Estimates are based on initial assessments and may change after diagnostic inspection.
- Taxes, environmental fees, and shop supplies may apply.
- Payments are processed through approved providers; we do not store full card data.
- Unpaid balances may accrue interest or collection costs as permitted by law.
5. Parts & Warranty
- New parts typically carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We will communicate any applicable service warranty in writing on your invoice.
- Warranty is void where parts supplied by the customer are used, unless otherwise stated.
- Wear-and-tear parts and abuse, neglect, or improper use are excluded.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle and concerns.
- Ensure a safe work area and obtain permissions where required.
- Remove personal items and provide keys/access as needed.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except in cases where the law prohibits such limitation.
8. Appointment Delays
Mobile work is affected by traffic, weather, and unforeseen issues. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by delays; we will use reasonable efforts to notify and reschedule.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content, logos, and materials are owned by KLN AutoWorks or licensors and protected by law. You may not reproduce or misuse them.
10. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” shows the latest version.
